Anne F. Carroll Robinson

Topsham - Anne Faith Robinson, 91, of Yarmouth, Maine, resident of Cadigan Lodge, Topsham, Maine, passed away in her sleep Sunday morning 20 September 2015. She was born in Mt. Vernon, New York, November 25, 1923, daughter of William H. Carroll and Katherine A. (Fath) Carroll. She attended AB Davis High School in Mt. Vernon. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Alfred T. Robinson of Yarmouth; her brother Dawson Victor Carroll and his wife Joan of Lansdale PA; her son Dwayne Robinson and his wife Kathy of Topsham; her grandchildren Christopher and Faith; as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother William H. Carroll.

Anne spent much of her time as a child and young adult at the family home on the Housatonic River (Lake Zoar), Southbury, CT with many fond memories of her parents and siblings. Her working career was primarily spent with the East Meadow, New York school district. Anne loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday September 27 from 4 – 5:30 PM at Lindquist Funeral Home, One Mayberry Lane, Yarmouth. A funeral service will be held on Monday September 28 at 10 AM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 27 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, 78 Smith Street, Yarmouth, ME.
