Wayne Mackey

Wayne attended Columbia Basin College followed by an apprenticeship in the Boilmakers Union. He retired in 1996 as a lifetime member.

Wayne and Jacqueline were married in 1962, residing in Seattle, Tieton, and Selah. Wayne loved to boat, fish, hunt and go to the beach.

Wayne is preceded in death by his father, John Paul Mackey; mother, Edith Jones; stepfather, Herb Jones; brother, Gregory Mackey and brother, William Mackey. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Mackey and children, Greg (Jeanette) Mackey and Mark (Chris) Mackey. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Baugess; grandchildren, Taylor, Carson, and Clara Mackey and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home followed by a celebration of life at the Selah Elks.
