Michael G. Ochoa

He was born on November 25, 1962 to Gregory J Ochoa and Donna Sue Goodberry in Port Hueneme, CA.

Michael is survived by his son Raiden Merchant-Ochoa and father Gregory Ochoa; his sisters Paula Shepard-Lopez, Loretta Myking, and Frances Wheeler; his brothers Kevin Ochoa (Virginia Ochoa), and Tony Zucco; numerous nieces and nephews, Sarah, Cody, Joanna, Nicholas, Jackson, Daniel, Justin, Samuel, Danielle, Megan, Chris, Ben, Jay Paul, Kerrie, Stacy, TJ, Randy, Wanza, Troy, Dianna, Brian, and Sierra; and his longtime girlfriend Regina Christenberry.

Michael had a love for gardening, masonry, carpentry, cooking and making people laugh. He had an infectious laugh and a love for helping people in need.

He is preceded in death by his mother Donna Sue Goodbary and sister Elizabeth Kay Stephens.

The family is deeply grateful for all prayers, thoughts and condolences expressed to us on behalf of our son and brother Michael.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home, 1010 West Yakima Ave., from 4:00-8:00 pm with a Rosary at 5:00 pm. A Catholic Mass of burial services will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 212 N. 4th Street, concluding at Calvary Cemetery, 1405 S. 24th Ave., where Michael will be laid to rest.
