Lois Elaine McLean

Lois was born on October 19, 1933 in New Salem, North Dakota to Harry and Margaret Schwinkendorf. The family of three moved to Yakima late in the summer of 1934. Lois received all her schooling here and graduated from Yakima High School in 1951.

She worked in town for the next 10 years before marrying Benjamin O. McLean on December 9, 1961. They had 2 children, Susan (Gary Cox) of Ellensburg and Scott McLean (Sherri) of Moxee, Washington.

Lois was a longtime member of Grace Lutheran and Redeemer Lutheran Church. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church (10203 Tieton Dr. Yakima, WA)

Lois treasured her family, church members, neighbors, and friends.

I love you and I am waiting in a Heavenly place for all of you. Amen.

A memorial service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church,10203 Tieton Drive, Yakima on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.
