Lawrence "Stan" Kessler, 72, of Yakima died Monday. Mr. Kessler was born in Hico, W.Va., and lived in the Yakima Valley for more than 33 years. He worked as a mechanic and a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Kessler of Yakima; two sons, Kenneth Kessler of Yakima and Donald Kessler of Selah; two brothers, Thomas Kessler of Fayetteville, W.Va., and Jonny Kessler of Atlanta; a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside inurnment will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Terrace Heights Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home, Yakima.
