He left behind his loving wife of 34 years, Cindy Twitty; three children Devin Lee Twitty (wife Lyndsay) of Selah, Jodi Lyn Sears-Jolley of Selah and a daughter Sterlene Maxine La Barge of Forestville, CA.Twelve beloved grandchildren Marcos Gonzales, Drake Twitty, Sam Gonzales, Sage Twitty, Aurora Twitty, Anthony Jolley, Xander Jolley, Annalena Jolley, Aryanna Demeter, Anika Demeter, Noble La Barge and Honor La Barge.Jerry was also survived by his loving mother Maxine Laton, Brothers Cecil Twitty, Eldon Twitty (wife Doris), Ed Laton (wife Ann) and Sister Darlene Twitty, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces..
Jerry was preceded in death by his father Cecil M Twitty, Grandmother Opal Jones, Mother-in-law Violet Moser and Father-in-law Leonard Floyd.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1978-1979 based in South Korea.He was a published author of several articles for Self Reliance Magazine, and was a very accomplished knife maker and expert marksman.Jerry was very artistic and talented in many forms which will be cherished and exist as a reminder to all.
He was a Wildlife Specialist for USDA. Jerry loved the outdoors where he spent many hours sharing this passion with his family.
He is loved and will be dearly missed.
