Wilma, as she was known, was born to Ora M. Seward and Hazel W. Sarff. She was raised on a farm and attended school in Ahtanum. In 1945, Wilma married Albert K. Richards on the lawn of her parents’ yard.
She was a member of, and attended, the Assembly of God church. She was a homemaker. She was an avid bowler and participated in the Hit & Miss League since 1965. Among her family, Wilma was known as the “favorite auntie.”
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert, her daughter Pam, three brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her brother, David Seward; sister in law, Gwen Seward; and many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Langevin El Paraíso Funeral Home from 9 – 1 p.m. Graveside Services will follow at Tahoma Cemetery at 2 p.m.
