After graduating from Echo High School, she joined four of her siblings in Yakima, WA where she was employed in the fruit industry. She attended Yakima Business School and upon graduating, she worked for the Yakima Herald-Republic for two years. She then worked at DSHS for 22 years as a financial trainer. She retired at age 60.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 12 siblings and her husband Cliff Bussler of 48 years. She is survived by 3 children, Dave Scheuffele of Selah, Romayne Cruse of New Tripoli, PA and Nancy (Tom) Ingram of Vancouver, WA, and 4 step children, Karen (Gary) Hiese of Advance, IN, Ron Bussler (Audrey Fox) Wenatchee, WA, Dan Bussler of Shelton, WA and Tammi (Paul) Laush of Newcastle, WA, and 11 grandchildren. Mom was “Mamacita” to Toni Wilson, her daughter adopted by the family who took such good care of Mom right up to the end. The family can never thank her enough, she and Mom had a special bond.

February 15, 2019 there will be graveside services at West Hills Memorial Park at 11:00 am, followed by a memorial service at Redeemer Lutheran Church, at 10203 Tieton Dr., Yakima, WA at 12:00 pm with a meal to follow in the fellowship hall at church.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church Preschool at 10203 Tieton Dr., Yakima, WA 98908.
