Charles Patrick Taylor

Charles Patrick Taylor, 67, Yakima, died Friday, October 7, 2011 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. He was a person who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

He served in the US Navy. The many things we will miss doing with him are playing pool, darts and fishing with friends. Charles was an elder in with Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde of Grand Ronde, Oregon.

He now leaves us to be with his father, mother, two brothers and sister. He is now in a better place and all of us left behind will miss him.

He is survived by two daughters, Cindy Taylor of Yakima and Christina Cothren of La Pine, OR; two step daughters, Linda DeWald and Jackie Smart of La Pine, OR; a step son, Robert Williams of Kelso, WA; two sisters, Evelyn Stevens of Yakima and Cindy Wiese of Sedro Woolley, WA; two brothers, Gary Taylor of Sedro Woolley, WA and Don Taylor of Mesa, AZ; fourteen grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

A potluck celebration of life will held at 2011 Willow St., Yakima on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Keith & Keith Funeral Home are entrusted with cremation arrangements.
