Born on September 25, 1944, Annie Lee (Johnson) Bradley passed on April 14, 2013 in Yakima, WA. Originally from Port Gibson, Mississippi, Annie was the daughter of Robert Johnson and Annie Bell Wyatt. She was reared the youngest of seven siblings. After short stays in Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA Annie came to Yakima in 1966. In 1975, Annie married Alphonso Bradley (retired U.S. Army) of Jacksonville, FL.
The mother of four, Annie worked for 25 years at Pacific Power and Light Company as a customer service representative. After retiring, Annie took up a new career as spoiler of 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She greatly enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, shopping, and reading. A faithful servant of the community and Lord, she attended Bethel A.M.E. Church. Annie is preceded in death by brothers Johnnie Wyatt, Charles Campbell, Jr., Walter Lee Campbell, and R.C. Campbell. Surviving her is husband Alphonso Bradley; sister Susie Bell Frazier of Los Angeles; brother Ernest Campbell of Stockton, CA; and, son Van Johnson of Portland, OR; son Adrian Johnson of Yakima, son Stefan Bradley of Alton, IL, and daughter Alanna Bradley of Yakima.
A viewing will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Keith and Keith Funeral Home. The funeral service will held at Rainier Memorial Center, 2807 Terrace Heights Rd. Yakima on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., followed by the interment at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
