Thomas W. Hauck, Jr., aged 79, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 4, 2024. Born in Punxsutawney, PA, on March 3, 1945, to the late Tim and Jackie Hauck, he was preceded in death by his cherished wife Patty and his brother David.
Tom earned his degree in communications from Duquesne University, where fate brought him together with his future wife Patty. Throughout his professional life, he dedicated himself to Columbia Gas/NiSource. In retirement, he cherished the camaraderie of shared lunches with former colleagues. Tom had a passion for tennis, a love for literature and cinema, and an unwavering allegiance to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He will be deeply missed by his children Christy, Tim, and Betsy; his nephew Matt (Stefanie); and his sister-in-law Nancy.
Friends are invited to pay their respects from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Schoedinger Worthington.
