On behalf of my family I we want to send our heart felt sympathy and prayers to your family. Even though we did not know you personally, it has touched our hearts with you living in the Kensington Place community. My husband works at Honda and knew your husbands name though not personally. Also my father was a Sargent with the Columbus police for over 30 years. Your family has a place in our hearts. RIP officer Mott and thank you for your service. 💔

On behalf of the Okyere family, we offer our heartfelt  love and condolences to the Mott family. Kelli,  we are so sorry for your loss. Andrew was an amicable, fun loving and devoted husband and we are grateful that, we were able to spend time with him when he visited Ghana 2 years ago. Kelli, may God grant you grace and peace. May His peace that passes all human understanding, guard your heart and mind.  Andrew Demirifa due! Rest peacefully in the bosom of our Lord.

We grew up together before all the fancy phones, so I regret I don't have a picture or video to share  of our awkward youth days.  I can only say I deeply respected your family, and I hurt thinking about it being separated. Especially since we were so close in ages, my heart breaks as a fellow older brother, Dave and Jon.  I am comforted by Jesus's answer in Matthew 22:32 : I AM the God of Abraham and of Andrew ...not the God of the past-tense dead, but of the present-living.  
Is there a simpler argument for hope and healing than that?

Judy and I have so many specials memories centered around Andrew and his family! What a joy it was to have him a part of our lives! He was always fun! Always a limit tester! Alway a smiler! Always innocent! We loved it! Our condolences to Kelli, Mom and Dad, David and Mary Ellen! You are in our prayers and continual thought ! We take strength in God’s Word and Our God’s Peace, Presence, Hope and Strength!

We are so sorry for your loss. Drew worked with us at Aldi for special duty hours. We always enjoyed working with him. Even when he stopped working with us he would still stop by when he was in the area and bring us food. He will truly be missed.

We at Grant Hospital are so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband. He will be missed by so many. The world is a better place to have had him in our mists, even for such a short time. Knowing that he was a godly man will hopefully give you comfort in knowing you will meet again. May God keep you and your family firmly held in his arms with love and reassurance of his grace. We are sorry for the passing of Andrew , but know he has graduated to heaven.  Our first memory of him was when he and Kelli were married and we filmed their wedding.  Such a beautiful couple! Over the years, we met together on occasion for family gatherings at the Ferguson’s home.  Offering prayers for Kelli and the rest of the family during this time.

I am very saddened to hear about the passing of Andrew. I first met Andrew many years ago when he was in college and he came to work at Marysville Schools in the summer mowing grass in the maintenance department. He was a wonderful hard working young man and a joy to be around. He always had a smile on his face. To his wife and family may God bless you and give you comfort in this hard time.

I'll never forget the impact you had on my life. I'll always have the memories and the stories of our antics. Decades of memories. The concerts, the movies, the bonfires, the car shows, the OSU football games, the car maintenance, and all of our other probably OSHA prohibited activities. 
You were always there to provide a voice of wisdom, heavily laced with sarcasm, or rather sarcasm laced with wisdom at most times. You were always one of the few people that would always understand a pop culture reference from the 80s, a musical lyric, a random movie quote, or internet video reference from decades ago.
You left a huge impact on this earth (Obligatory aforementioned  obscure reference to: "So here's the Earth...chilling. That is a sweet Earth, you might say. ROUND!") and your absence will leave a scar that will never fully heal, but that just goes to show how important you were to everyone in your life.
You will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Your legacy will live on and I will forever tell the stories of our antics, even if people grow tired of hearing them, just as you would have wanted.

I remember Andrew saying that he always strove to be his best every day. His testimony shows that he really did that!! It was definitely hard to argue with the man!! My favorite gift we got him was a mug that said, "I totally agree with myself!" We saw that & said "that's Andrew!!" Andrew was a great son-in-law and a wonderful husband to our precious daughter, Kelli. He will be greatly missed!
