William Alwood Mathews

Bill was born on June 2, 1947 in Washington. DC. He graduated from Western Carolina University and was EVP of Sales at Media-Brokers International. He was very active and loved by many at Fellowship Bible Church. He was a kind, patient, and generous person and a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved to play golf, read, and spend time with his family.

Bill is survived by his wife, Cissy; children: Kimberly Bauer, Marshall Mathews; son-in-law: Drew Bauer; and grandchildren: Matthew and Patrick Bauer. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. Robert and Katherine Mathews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 11:00 am at Fellowship Bible Church, 480 W Crossville Road Roswell, Georgia 30075. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (https://www.lbda.org/honor-memorial-gifts)
