Sylvia graduated from Mercer School of Nursing in Hamilton, NJ as a registered nurse.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Clay Hulsey. Sylvia is survived by her three daughters, Corliss Hulsey Schwaller, Kim Hulsey Blankenship, and Melissa Hulsey Lord; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Woodstock Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and family will have private funeral service at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
