Robert William Brown

Mr. Robert W. Brown, 79, of Woodstock, GA passed away October 11, 2017. Robert was born on June 21, 1938 in Utica, NY to the late Rowe and Clara Brown. Robert spent his career as a machinist, working for Kelsey Hayes. After retirement, Robert worked for Woodstock Furniture Outlet, where he was affectionately known as “Wrap”. Robert could often be found relaxing by the TV with a bottle of A&W Root beer in his hands or playing with his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit and will be deeply miss by so many. Robert leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years, Paula E. Brown; sons, Robert T. Brown, Charles A. Brown, Scott M. Brown and Christopher A. Brown; grandchildren, Amber Perez, Alexis Brown, Robert Brown and Timothy Brown; great-grandchildren, Ansley Brown and Vanessa Perez; brother, Danny Brown; and several loving nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-3pm.
