  It's been a few years since I have seen you but I know we have shared alot of childhood memories together. I remember all the times we played together as kids, and how you would make me mad because I was younger than you. I remember every year we would be at Mammaw's and Papaw's for Christmas and they would give all of us a 20 dollar bill in those little boxes. I will never forget you. One year ago today you made me the happiest woman in the world. I remember it was humid and overcast as we drove to Hilton Head for our wedding the next day. Remember the beautiful rainbow we saw? You said that was my dad watching over us. A year ago right now we were watching the football games and having a good time with the family. If i could go back, i wouldnt of had the preacher say 'till death due us part'. I would of had him say 'not even death will due you part'. Im still your wife. Who loves you with my whole heart. I remember Sunday when we were driving back from our wedding. Windows rolled down, windy, storms off and on, lightening. Remember the song we played a few times.. Bon Jovi 'Livin On A Prayer'. We decided that was our song... well one of them. I heard a song a few weeks ago called 'I Wont Give Up on You'. I was going to play it for you at our anniversary dinner. I was never going to give up and I never will. My heart aches for you everyday. Your voice. I miss your voice, your smile, your laugh i miss you so very much. I dont think this pain will ever go away. We had a strong passionate love not many understood but us. Happy Anniversary baby. I love and miss you more than anything.

Son, you meant the world to us and we were so proud of the man you turned out to become. I'm sorry you didn't feel like you could confide in us what you were really feeling, but I know you didn't want to burden us with your problems even though that's not how it would have felt to us. Part of a parents job is to always be there for their children, will be there for you now and forever.  You were a precious gift and will never be forgotten for as long as we both shall live.

Pig and I grieve your loss as if we had lost our own son.  There are no words to describe the pain we feel.  We may not be family by blood, but we are certainly family in spirit.  I am convinced that the Good Lord knew what he was doing when he brought Pig & Sandy together all those years ago.  And even though Sandy tried to get Pig on that train -- that was not the plan.  We've shared both happy and sad moments over the years, but this is by far, the most difficult to bear.  Michael was such a special human being and we will cherish and remember the time we had with him.  The service was beautiful and it was a fitting send off for Michael.  

Distance may keep us apart, but we are with you in spirit always.

Michael, I still remember all the times you dominated everyone at hacky-sack during our lunch breaks in high school. I was surprised and glad to see you unexpectedly at Bailey's a few years ago, and playing a few games of pool with you while talking about the good old days we had. I don't even know where to begin. You are without a doubt the most genuine person. There are so many memories I have that involve you from the last two years. You never failed to make me feel like a part of the family you and Karen were creating. Which is a good thing because I was ALWAYS around! You and Karen kept me sane and smiling when my world was spinning out of control sometimes. It was amazing to see the love you had for Karen. And to watch her finally give her heart to someone who deserved it was even better. You were without a doubt the best match for her. I will miss getting to see you shaking your head at us when we got too crazy because let's face it.. Karen and I are a mess together! But you always took care of us and made sure we stayed out of trouble. And now that you aren't here to physically watch out for us, I know  you are in heaven making sure we are protected. I will take care of Karen, and be there for her because despite our craziness you always trusted me to watch over her. Don't worry I got this (just saying that now I know you are shaking your head and laughing at me like you always did when I uttered those words). But I always kept my promise to you and I will continue to do so. You will be greatly missed but not forgotten!

Mike, just reading all of the messages on you guest book it is quite obvious that the common denominator here is the big heart you had and your willingness to give to others. I can relate it to when God took a few fish and loaves of bread and fed THOUSANDS. That is what you did Michael in the short time that we had with you, your caring heart and loving soul fed THOUSANDS. I know I have only known you a little over a year working at Diligent, but I can honestly say you have left a lifetime impression on me.  I will never forget how you made sure I had a chocolate bar and a smile on my face. You became more than a co-worker to me you were like my little brother.  Your walk of life taught me and showed me how to love and love again even through difficult times.  The Diligent office will never be the same without you. I remember when I first got hired at diligent, The very next day is when I met Mike. He was friendly and acted like he had known me all his life. He taught me everything about the paper work in one day. Mike did everything fast and most of the time it was right, and sometimes he would pass that buck on you(smile)but all in all he was a good guy. I know he was a good husband,he was kind to every one. Sometimes I think he was to nice, but he had the biggest heart in the world. We would sometimes bump heads but he never held a grug. Every day when I left no matter what happened that day he would say see you buddy, be safe, see you tomorrow, and he would smile at you. He would help me a lot with my computer he loved electronics and you tube. The last thing he said to me before he said goobye was Be Nice paul. Gonna miss that smile, that walk, and that talk. Rest in Peace Mike, I miss you already.

I have a feeling Im gonna be putting alot of stuff on here. This all seems like a nightmare. My heart hurts, i feel like i cant breathe. I think Im still in shock. I cant stop crying. Words cannot begin to say how much I love and miss you. You were so good to me. Everytime flowers you bought me died you would buy more. The apt always had flowers the entire time. I remember you always telling the kitties to 'watch over mama while im at work kids'. They have not left my side. They miss you so much. So many people care about you. Ive had lots of phone calls and messages. You touched so many lives. You never knew how to say no which i love about you. Its not the same without you. I miss your laugh, your smile, you laughing at how crazy I was, all of our football bets (even though you said I converted you to Auburn). I miss it all. I still have all the notes you wrote for me and the cards. Ha you would buy me cards so much you would have to get the same one you had already gotten me. Im so glad i met you. You changed my life. You loved me like no one ever did and ever will. Despite all of my flaws you still loved me. I love you so much. Doesnt matter what arguments we got into my heart belongs to you. I dont see how I can go through this without you. I feel like its a nightmare and i will wake up in your arms and see your smile and you telling me how much you loved my hair when i woke up. My life will never be the same without you. I dont even want to get up and look outside because you are not here to look outside with me. Please watch over us all. So many people love and miss you baby. I know you are with my daddy and probably talking sports. You talking LSU and him talking FSU. I know my daddy will take great care of you. He wouldve absolutely adored you and im sure he does. Theres three men in my life who are and will always be the most important to me and thats you, my dad and God. Michael, you never realized how special you were. I remember telling you what a great young person you were, that most young people didn't work as hard as you work. Everyone liked being around you. You were always smiling and willing to help anyone. How I wish you could have seen what other people saw in you. You will be missed.

coming to work wont be the same..this whole building will never be the same....the news i received out my bed that morning absolutely shocked my world...coming to work these past fews days have been rough..not seeing that white ford in my parking spot everyday..or even walking through the door and seeing you with that same goofy smile when i clock in no matter how bad my day was man..you always said  " hey buddy" everyday..probably the most dedicated hardworking energetic young man and a great co worker to work with...we had our laughs we had our arguments man..but all in all..you were a friend..a family member to us at diligent..like losing another brother..i appreciate from the bottom of my heart everything that you have done for me..the food, helping with gas money when i was struggling, or just that simple goofy smile..cant lie, diligent will definetly be slow motion without you man..going to miss seeing that beer belly of yours and the tight muscle shirt zooming all across the warehouse trying to get 5 million things done just so you could hurry home to your wife..if i had to give the definition of a man, a husband, a friend, a hard working co-worker..Mike Wilfong without a doubt...our work schedule is probably going to prevent us from seeing you off, but just know that me, kevin, freddy(panama), enya, and the rest of the floor crew miss you dearly man..still wishing reality wasnt so real all the time...but we cant change the past and thats just real...TO THE WILFONG FAMILY, from me and my family personally, i offer my best regards. My heart is crushed.  I was not close to Mike...as a matter of fact I only met him once.  I wish that I had been able to spend more time with Mike AND Karen.  I will always remember Mike for the first impression he made on me.  He had a beautiful and warm smile, and this comical attitude.  There could not have been a MORE PERFECT couple than Mike and Karen.  The most IMPORTANT thing I remember about Mike is how MUCH he ADORED and LOVED his wife, Karen....and she LOVED and ADORED him just as much.  I remember when they got engaged....how happy Karen was....I remember the wedding pics....and the flowers that he always sent to Karen.  Karen....I love you....I know you are hurting....it is to be expected.  I have prayed for your comfort since I found out about the loss of your father....and now even more of Mike's passing.  I pray that our Heavenly Father comfort you, his family and ALL of the people that are as devistated as I am over the loss of this special man.

I miss you every second of the day. You were my world, my love, and my best friend. I miss your smile, laugh and us watching funny youtube videos together. The kitties miss you so much. Especially Mikey. I'm having a difficult time getting up and looking at the world you arent in. I want nothing more than to be in your arms.
