She was born to the late John Edward Kelver and the late Madeline Malloy Kelver on September 5, 1949 in Waukegan, Illinois.
Mary was a devoted wife, mother of four and a loving grandmother. She enjoyed arts and crafts, ceramics and oil painting. She also enjoyed hiking and camping. She was an amazing cook and was infamous for having The Original Red Velvet Cake Recipe.
In 1972, Mary moved to Alaska where her family grew to include four children. In 1986, the family relocated to Atlanta.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Madeline Snow; and siblings, Patricia, Richard “Dick,” Doris and John Kelver. Her memory will be cherished by her husband of 53 years, Michael “Mike” Snow; children, Eric Snow, Megan Snow Galyas (Daniel) and David Snow (Kristine Smith); and grandchildren, Trey and Mary Rose Galyas, and Kyleigh, Gabrielle and Johnathon Wilson.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188.
