She was born June 27th 1955 in Eau Gallie Florida to parents and WWII veterans Oliver H. and Audrey N. Lester. She was preceded in death by both parents and brother, Lonny B. Lester, a decorated Vietnam veteran, and her beloved pets Snow Flake, Misha, and Isabella. She is survived by sisters Lee Anne and Linda, brother in laws Jeff Kesling and James E Hugh III, stepparent Elma B Lester, and cousins Cynthia Prucha and Margaret Dale Fleming. To honor Laurie's love of animals, the family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contribution to a charity that helps animals.
