Originally of Tai Chung, Taiwan, she resided in Marietta, Georgia and worked as a massage therapist for New Image Salon.
Jenny was a natural beauty who enjoyed the simple things in life. She married Randall L. Bright on December 23, 1988 and the couple had two sons, Kurt and Jonathan, and their family later grew to include her granddaughter, Eleanor.
Jenny was a breast cancer survivor and found appreciation in many of life's offerings. She enjoyed tending to her vegetable garden where she could harvest her peppers and tomatoes. She enjoyed climbing Kennesaw Mountain on a regular basis and being outdoors. Jenny especially was fond of movies; on her and Randall's weekly date night, Jenny would always included going to the theater.
Jenny Yung-Mei Bright is survived by her husband of 28 years, Randall L. Bright of Marietta, Georgia; sons, Kurt Hua Bright of Marietta, Georgia and Jonathan Christopher Bright and his wife, Sarah Elizabeth, of Ballground, Georgia; granddaughter, Eleanor "Ellie" Bright of Ballground, Georgia; brother, Hong Jun Chung of Taiwan; sisters, Man Jung Chung of Hawaii, Sandy Coons of Hawaii, and Pei Fen Chung of Las Vegas, Nevada; and many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Woodstock Funeral Home in Woodstock, Georgia. Memorial Services will follow with Pastor Vic Bledsoe officiating. Inurnment at the Georgia National Cemetery will follow at a later time.
