James Albert Segers

Mr. James Albert Segers, 87, formerly of Woodstock, GA passed away on February 23 at Heritage Hospice in Marietta. Mr. Segers was born on October 25, 1926 and served his country in the U.S. Army from 1944-1946. He is survived by his sons: Jim (Ann) Segers from Woodstock, Billy (Audrey) Segers from Acworth and Charles Edward (Cheryl) Segers of Douglasville. Daughters: Debbie (Wayne) Quarles of Ball Ground, Kathy (Curtis) Karolyi of Smyrna, Susan (Joe) Cagle of Woodstock and Norma Jean (Rick) McClure of Canton and one sister, Leila Thacker of Canton. Mr. Segers was a proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 26 at 11 AM at Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel with Dana McPherson and Scott Deal officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Cemetery.
