Howard Justice McAnnally, Sr., died April 27, 2013, in Woodstock, Georgia. Born March 28, 1923, in Robbins, Tennessee. Howard served in Army Air Corp during WWII in Okinawa. He married Forrestene Waldrop in 1951, sharing 38 wonderful years in Birmingham, Alabama, until her death in 1989. Upon retirement, he moved to Gatlinburg volunteering for 10 years with the National Park Service. Survived by son, Jay McAnnally (Laura), Kennesaw, Georgia; daughter, Cindy McAnnally Snowden (Mike), Havana, Florida; granddaughters, Erin, Kelsey, and Callan McAnnally, Kennesaw, Georgia; wife and dear friend, Anna Branam, Sevierville, Tennessee. Services Thursday, May 2, 2013, 11:00 AM EDT NorthStar Church, Kennesaw, Georgia; Graveside 3:30 PM CDT Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, Alabama. Memorial gifts to Friends of the Smokies, P.O.
