Mrs. Collene Ruggles, age 85, of Marietta, Georgia passed away February 9, 2016 at Tranquility Hospice in Austell, Georgia. A Celebration Of Life service will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Larry Sandidge officiating. Interment will follow at Noonday Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 5 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
