Brett Gibson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brett Thomas Gibson, who left us on June 14th 2024 at the age of 38. Brett was a beloved father, son, brother and friend, known for his infectious laugh, incredible artistic talent and unwavering love and support for his family and friends.

Brett is survived by his cherished daughter, Letti (Juliette) Gibson, who was the light of his life. He will also be deeply missed by his parents, Nita Gibson, Ken Gibson and step-mom Renita Gibson, his sister, Hunter Decker Oliver and brother-in-law Jason Oliver, and his nephews, Carson and Dylan Decker.

A visitation for Brett will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home, Inc., 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM. The family requests colorful clothing to reflect who Brett was as a person. Friends and family are invited to a viewing prior to the service to pay their respects and say their final goodbyes. Following the service, the family welcomes anyone who wishes to join them at Reformation Brewery to share their memories of Brett.

Brett’s charismatic smile, uplifting personality, motivating attitude and overwhelming desire to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. His presence will be profoundly missed, but the best parts of him are still here and will forever be with us.
