Lawrence A. Moffett—81. Born September 2, 1943 to Lyman B.T. Moffett and Marie Sawyer Moffett of Mobile, Alabama, Lawrence - known as Larry to most - transitioned from life on Earth November 10, 2024. Though a native of Mobile, AL, he was a New Yorker for the majority of his adventuresome life. His memory lives on along the streets of New York City where he thrived for forty plus years, and the back roads of Sullivan County where he lived out his official retiree years to his own beat for a decade and a half, though never quitting his true day job as an investments trader.
He is survived by a daughter, granddaughter, and other cherished family and friends.
