Joseph Edward Petrizzo

entered into eternal rest on May 25, 2021 at 02:06 A.M. He was in his 85th year of life. He was

born on June 10, 1935 in New York to Michael and Madeline Petrizzo. He married his longtime

love and best friend, Margaret Catherine Woods, in June of 1962 who preceded him in death in

2009.

Joseph lived a full life as a dedicated son, husband, father and grandfather. His family knew him

as a sweet and gentle soul who treasured his family and embraced every moment with them. He

instilled in all those he knew strong values and ever-lasting love. He will be dearly missed and

forever in our hearts.

Joseph is survived by his sister, Josephine Kartsimadis; his three sons and their wives, Joseph

and Mary Petrizzo, Edward and Kimberly Petrizzo, Michael and Caroline Petrizzo; his daughter

and son-in-law, Ann Petrizzo and Andre Kosziollek; his 10 grandchildren, Brendan, Robert,

Michael and Maria Petrizzo, Angelea and Alissa Petrizzo, Amanda and Ashley Petrizzo,

Samantha and Jennifer Kosziollek; and his many nephews and nieces. All of whom he loved and

touched deeply.

Joseph used to always sing, “Life is just a bowl of cherries. Don't take it serious. Life's too

mysterious.” Indeed, it is mysterious. Until we meet again, please join us in celebrating his life

on Friday afternoon, May 28, 2021, between 04:00 P.M. and 08:00 P.M. at Kennedy-Roth
