John J. Taibi

John J. Taibi, 50, of East Elmhurst, entered into eternal life on February 22, 2013. He was born on June 6, 1962 in Astoria, New York to his parents, Joseph A. Taibi Sr. and Maureen T. McKiernan. John worked as an operating engineer in construction. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Maureen, his sister, Patricia, his brother Alfonso and his wife Sandra, his brother Joseph (Jo-Jo), and his nephews, John Rodriguez and Michael and Anthony Taibi. He was pre-deceased by his father Joseph. Visitation will take place on Monday, February 25, 2013 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Francis Church on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 9:45am. Burial will be held at Saint Michael's Cemetery.
