John Steven Sedlak born February 12, 1947 in Bronx, New York to the late Martin Sedlak and Christine Adamek passed away on August 26, 2012 at Flushing Hospital he was 65. Beloved son of the late Martin Sedlak and survived by his loving mother Christine Sedlak. Cherished brother of the late Joan Sedlak.
