Jackie will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend, Sean; her sister, Kathleen; her sons, Matthew (Corrina) and Daniel (Caitlin); and her beloved granddaughter, Millicent. She joins her mother and father in heaven.
Jackie will be remembered by the hundreds of students she impacted through her over 20 years of dedicated service as a teacher at St. Sebastian Catholic Academy. She will also be dearly missed by her neighbors and friends in the Woodside, Queens community where she was born & raised.
The family would like to thank Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation for their loving care of Jackie.
