Francis J. Mulligan of Long Island City, New York entered into eternal rest on January 14, 2014. Francis was born on July 18, 1935 in New York City, New York to Francis Mulligan and Josephine McEneany. Francis will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday January 16, 2014 from 2-5:00pm & 7-9:00pm. A funeral mass will take place on Friday January 17, 2014 10:30am at Most Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery located in Calverton, New York.
