Preceded in death by parents, Warren Chester Johnston and Evelyn Johnston and wife, Patricia Johnston.
Survived by son, Jim Johnston (Mary); granddaughters, Miranda Johnston, Tabitha Johnston and Faithlyn Johnston; great-granddaughter, Mira Faith; brother, William (Beverly "Twink") Johnston; sister, Mary (Ed) Munson and devoted partner, Marsha Schwartz and many family and friends.
Funeral Service will be Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Visitation one hour prior to service, from 10 - 11 AM, at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN 55125. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Please join the family at a reception in celebration of Joe's life at 4:00 PM Friday 5/17/24 at the American Legion, 2678 7th Ave E., North St. Paul, MN 55109.
