James Lawler Morrell

Passed away peacefully on September 3, 2014. Preceded in death by son, Tommy, and parents, Lloyd and Grace. Survived by loving wife, Mary, of 64 years; children Debbie (Ken) Godbout, Jim (Amy), Mary Kaye (Ray) Capocasa and Stacey Morrell; 14 grandchildren Brent (Jen) Godbout, Jason (Renee) Godbout, Mike (Katie) Morrell, Matt (Regina) Morrell, Pat (Danielle) Morrell, Ryan (Zachary) Fleischhacker, Kelli (Chris) Thron, Ryan (Jessica) Morrell, Mikaela Fleischhacker, Brianna (Luis) Swanson, Chelsie (Ryan) Steffens, Marissa, Josh and Tyler Capocasa, and 16 great-grandchildren. Also survived by Pete and Shirley Kelly, Bob and Sharon Kelly, Dick Murnane and many nieces and nephews. Jim was a kind, compassionate, spiritual and humble man. The joy of his life was his family. He will forever remain in our hearts and will be deeply missed. Special thanks to the staff at The Pillars Hospice Home, Oakdale, MN. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at St. Ambrose of Woodbury Church, 4125 Woodbury Drive, Woodbury, MN. Visitation 9:30-11:00 am at the church. Private interment. Memorials preferred to The Pillars Hospice Home or The Ronald McDonald House.
