Survived by wife of 65 years Virginia (Ginger), son; Dave (Sue), daughters; Julie (Mike) Fanum, Cheryl (Dave) Wittman, Dawn Fleischhacker, grandchildren; Travis (Kayla) Fanum, Allison, Tony (Marissa) Mondry, Luke (Anne), Grant Wittman, Hannah, Chad Fleischhacker, great grandchildren; Brooklyn, Charli, Oliver, Addie, brothers; Joe (Kathryn), sisters; Sue Kelly, Linda

Jim was a 30+ year employee of Knox Lumber Co.

Jim and Ginger enjoyed boating first at their home on Lake Johanna and then later on the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers.

They also traveled to many places in the US, camping with their children. Later they traveled to Japan, China, Greece and many trips to Europe and the Caribbean.

A visitation for James will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 16770 13th St S, Lake Saint Croix Beach, MN 55043, followed by a mass of christian burial at 11:00 AM.
