Dearly Loved Mother, Grandmother, Sister & Friend

Left us too soon after bravely battling many illnesses. Preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Michael. Survived by her children, Terry (Jodi) and Becky (Tom) Masterman; grandchildren, Tanner, Connor and Parker; siblings Dianne Klemm, Sam (Corlis) Hachey and Roger (Beverly); numerous nephews and nieces and dearly loved friends. Originally from Superior, WI, Ellie was a 1962 graduate of Cathedral High School. Later, she became a Registered Dental Assistant with a certificate from the University of Minnesota in 1974. Ellie made lifelong, special friends wherever she lived and worked whether it be her hometown or where she and Mick raised their family in Fridley, MN or retired to in Panama City Beach, FL. Finally living in Woodbury, MN, Ellie continued to forge close friendships. Ellie will be greatly missed, but her beautiful singing voice and quick sense of humor will help her live on in the sweet, funny memories that her family and friends will hold dearly. A Celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 10 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM at the Cerenity Care Center - Marian of St. Paul 200 Earl Street, Saint Paul, MN. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright colors to honor Ellie. If friends should desire, memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Cerenity Care Center.
