I stumbled across a park bench with Devins name  at an Oakdale park today. Such a beautiful day, I decided to sit a minute and look up who this boy who died so young was. Since I lost a young son as well, Devin touched my heart.  As I sat in this peaceful area on Devins bench I said a special prayer for this beautiful, perfect child and his family, provider and friends who must miss him terribly. Bless you, Devin.

HI DEVIN hope you are having fun we miss you just turn out the canddle and thinking of you may  you r.i.p. and keep your eyes on your mom and sister. night sweet angel talk to you soon .

I can still hear his little feet running around in the apartment above us like it was yesterday. Not one single word will take the pain away but know that he is an Angel looking down upon you and would not want to see the family in pain. Even though he is now in heaven with God, his heart will always be with you.

With all of my sadness and sorrow, My previous entry there is an error. Devin's wonderful daycare provider name is Pam, she is a wonderful woman with all her lil peeps. I watched your son grow from across the street at his daycare. I heard his laughter daily, I watched him play and draw with chalk on Kim's driveway. We were so sorry and horrified to hear about the death of Devin, we don't know each other but my grandson is Jesse, Savannah's friend. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. God is with you and may His healing love be yours.

Missy and Savannah were my neighbors when I was little. I remember playing at their house often. They moved before Devin was born and so I never got the pleasure of meeting him. He looks like such an adorable little boy who was loved by so many people. My heart goes out to both of them during this time. Though I never met Devin he went to school with my son. Oakdale has such a small town feeling that, even though we never met, I feel this loss as if it happened to one of my own family members.   I can not begin to understand the pain of losing a child; May you feel the presence of God during this tragic time.

We are still in shock. We knew Devin from his father's side. My daughter Neha and he played on the computer for hours. She still thinks Devin will come and play with her sometime. He was the cutest and friendliest kid I ever seen. R.I.P Devin. We all miss you.
