Passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, December 2, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his Father, John, and Nephew, John Jr.
Dan will be deeply missed by his Mother, Janice; Children, Alyssa, Cai, and Olivia; Siblings, Sherri Annunziatat-Bello, Allen Annunziata, and John Annunziata; Nieces, Nephews, other Family and Friends.
Memorial Gathering will be Friday, December 8 from 4:00-6:00pm with memory sharing at 6:00pm at Wulff Woodbury, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury. Inurnment at Oakland Cemetetry.
