Passed away on April 2, 2016 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Preceded in death by his son, Robert Lienemann; brothers, Oscar and Edmund; sisters, Agnes Krause, Esther Krause, Sylvia Flood; parents, Herman and Elsie. Survived by his loving wife, Ellen; sons, David (Jackie), Dennis (Myong), Tim and Steven; sisters, Bernice Shellenbarger, Elfa Brenke and Joan Guerin; grandchildren, Lisa (Tim), Linda (Jeremiah), James, Dylan, Alyssa, Dominique, Isabella, Alexis, Alayna, and Katya; great granddaughter, Isabelle; and many nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to the staff at Maplewood Care Center and Health Partners Hospice for their loving care. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 2:00 pm (visitation from 1:00-2:00) at Woodbury Lutheran Church 7380 Afton Rd. Woodbury, MN. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association in his name.
