DIXON - On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, Jean Dixon beloved wife of Bill Dixon, Balcarres, SK. passed away at the age of 84 years. The funeral service will be held in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Balcarres, SK. on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Warren Huestis officiating. Cremation with interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Bill and Effie Eyre, brother Gordon Eyre and sister Wilma (Thompson) Whitnack, brothers and sisters-in-law; Joe (Win) Thompson, George (Frances) Dixon, Charlie Thompson and Hattie McKinnon. Jean is survived by her loving husband Bill and two sons; Dwight (Lois) Dixon and their family Jay (Amanda) Dixon and Michelle (Curtis) Geisler and family Lucas, Jaxon and Nate all of Balcarres; Floyd (Laura) Dixon and their family, Rebecca Dixon, all of Balcarres, William Dixon, Saskatoon and Amber Dixon, Regina, two brothers; Bud Eyre, Wainwright, AB. and Jack (Elsie) Eyre, Regina, sister Janet (John) Sutherland, Peachland, B.C., sisters-in-law Lorraine Eyre, Regina and Grace Thompson, Fort Qu’Appelle and brother-in-law, Tom Dixon, Balcarres and also many nieces and nephews.
