Zoltan was born on February 8, 1944, in Budapest, Hungary. He was the son of the late Gusztav Antal and Erzsebet Maria (Koncz) Pocsi. Zoltan was a devoted husband, having shared 57 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Veronika. Throughout his youth, he had a passion for boxing and motorcycle racing.
In pursuit of a better life for his family, Zoltan immigrated to the United States. He always prioritized the well-being of his loved ones and worked tirelessly to care for them.
Zoltan is survived by his three daughters, Aniko Lucero of Trumbull, Violet Tallodi and her husband Tibor of Wolcott, Eva Marczin and her husband Levente of Wolcott. He also leaves behind his siblings Paul Pocsi, Gusztav Pocsi, and Peter Pocsi. Zoltan was preceded in death by his siblings Ference Pocsi, Katalin Pocsi, and Laszlo (Pocsi) Gyenes.
In honor of Zoltan's life, private services will be held, with the assistance of the DellaVecchia Funeral Home. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
