Wilma T. Ballard passed away January 9, 2016. She was born January 22, 1935. Mrs. Ballard was preceded into death by her husband Filbert and son Patrick, as well as her sisters, Pauline Green, Maryann Blanchard, Jeanette Sherouse and Richard Cihal. She is survived by her children: James Ballard, Tina M. Eaton (David), Deborah Burleson (Ray) and Ronald Ballard (Cheri). Wilma was also the grandmother to 13, great-grandmother to 22 and great-great-grandmother to 1. She also leaves behind many nephews and nieces and friends. Wilma definitely impacted our world with her kindness, smile and love. You will be missed. Service will be held on Saturday, January 23rd at 11:00am Hope Lutheran Church, 2600 N.
