Loretta graduated from Carlisle High School and from Valencia College, receiving an Associates in Business.
She was married to George L. Peters on April 2, 1955.
Loretta had a career in accounting for Baldwin Homes, Walt Disney World, and Publix Supermarkets.
She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church since 1966. She had a passion for singing in choir and ceramics.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George L. Peters, Sr. and her sons, George L. Peters, Jr. and Charles D. Peters.
She is survived by her two sisters, Linda Lockhardt and Vickie Partida; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two daughter-in-laws, Lacey Peters and Tina Peters; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Loretta will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Asbury United Methodist Church, 220 W Horatio Ave, Maitland, FL 32751, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
