Im sorry for the lost of a great person. He was a great customer. He will be missed.

Having just learned of John's death through a mutual friend, it seems it was as quiet and understated as his life and work. It was my pleasure to work with John years ago at Price Financial.  He served at the firm for over 15 years.  

John was kindhearted and warm to those around him. He was happy to serve, loved and appreciated clients and co-workers, and seemed to find his niche in his role at Cindy's office.   He generously shared his knowledge as I sat at the desk across from him. We had interesting conversations and a lot of laughs.  He truly championed and supported the success of his team.   He was a proud Shriner for years -- always recruiting people to go to their circus to raise money for hospitals serving kids and families in need.  I can still see him grinning in his bright red fez.

He introduced me to and gifted me a bottle of Mead each Christmas -- I still think of him each time I see one or pour a glass at the holidays.  He made a positive impression on my life and work, I hope he's found endless peace and love in this new journey.  My condolences to his friends and family who loved and miss him.

John was a part of Leadership Winter Park, Class XXIX in 2018-2019. He was an active member of the class, which focuses on becoming a more involved community leader, and continued to stay connected after completing the program. John served on the Legacy Fund committee for several years, helping with fundraising for need-based scholarships to allow equitable access to LWP and other leadership programs for high school students. John was always an early and generous contributor to our fundraising efforts.

“Cousin John,” as we knew him was a very caring & generous soul. He always joined family holiday meals. At the holidays he had treats for the boys and was very giving to our family.  He had a very quirky sense of humor. He was a very gracious man & will be dearly missed! Rest in peace dear “Cousin John.”

John will be missed very much. He was a close neighbor and  always friendly with a smile and kind words.   Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family and friends.

I had the privilege of a long friendship with John since April 1998 when we worked together at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia.  He made the most tedious work/travel assignments more tolerable, inevitably resulting in some amusing event from every trip.  John was practically a pool shark – just ask our old boss.  He had interesting stories of his time working the field crew for the Baltimore Orioles that still make me laugh today.  John’s quirky sense of humor, laughter, loyalty, passion for the market, and unconditional friendship will be sorely missed.  Rest in peace, my dear Woo. 

I’m going to miss this Incredibly Brilliant Man.
