Elsie H. Black was born on August 27, 1918 in Hindman Kentucky to her Mother Martha and Father JD “Jiddy” Hays.
She met her husband James R. Black at church in 1939 in Illinois. They were married for 56 years. They moved to Tennessee in 1960 then to Georgia 1962 and then to Orlando Florida in 1968.
She is survived by her three sons, James “Bud” Black Jr., David Black and Clifford Black; 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren and another Great Great Grandchild on the way.
