With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Diane Sipes-Becker, who passed peacefully on March 14, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Anderson, Indiana, Debbie later made Central Florida her home, where she lived since 1982, building a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished friendships.
Debbie was a devoted mother, grandmother, and companion. She is survived by her beloved son, William Stamper, and his wife, Amy, along with their two daughters, Hayden and Morgan, who were the light of her life. For many years, she shared her life with her loving companion, Dale Larson, along with his daughter Chelsea Hayes, her husband Octavius, and their daughter, Kehlani. Their unwavering support and kindness brought her great joy. She also leaves behind her brother, Tom Sipes, and his wife, Sharon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Sipes, whom she always held close in her heart.
Debbie had a warmth that made everyone feel welcome, a strength that carried her through life’s challenges, and a kindness that she shared freely. Her laughter, wisdom, and generosity will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am followed by services beginning at 11:00 am at Baldwin-Fairchild Goldenrod / Winter Park Funeral Home on Saturday April 12, 2025. A celebration of life will be held following the services. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a Seminole County Animal Services in Debbie’s name.
Though she may be gone from our sight, Debbie’s love and spirit will remain forever in our hearts.
