Sunday - Your dad is one of a kind. One of the nicest, sweetest men I have ever known.  When I think back over the (many) years, I can’t help but smile when I think of him. After all, he always had a smile on his face and would light up a room. You are truly blessed.

Doug was the father of Mitchell Smith (my son-in-law) and I have fond memories of the countless times we were together with Doug.  We all knew Doug to be a man of God and he was respected by all of us who knew him.   For those of us who are Christians, we will be together again when GOD calls us home to heaven.  Until then, I am  praying for Doug's widow, Diana, his son Mitch and his daughter Amber and all their children who were Doug's grandchildren.
