I lived in the house behind the Cuttell family, from 1966 until 1971.  He was the big brother I never got to have.  He even teased me as he did his sisters, Cindy and Kim.  I know that his passing leaves a huge void in the Cuttell family, my thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Randy was truly a blessing to me as a teenager during a very stressful family time.  He was a very compassionate and professional law enforcement officer.  I am thankful that I had the opportunity to know him all those many years ago, I've thought of him often and am saddened to hear of his passing.  Prayers to his family.  God bless.

I worked for Randy back in the 80's when we were in the hangar at the WH Airport.  I remember the smile, the chuckle, and the fairness he exhibited.  He supervised us in a professional, respectful manner and you can't ask for more than that.

Lt. Cuttell always treated me fair and often offered me advise that was instrumental to developing proficiency on the job.  Prayers to the family.

I am very saddened by this news.  Randy was a great man, that I remember so well from working with him at the S.O.  RIP Randy.

One of my first and best friends at PCSO - Randy was such a strong support for me and stayed an incredible friend after both of our retirements - prayers, love and thoughts to his family!

Randy you were always a respectful Supervisor and friend. You will be missed. RIP. Sharon my prayers to you and the family during this time. I wish I could be at the visitation.
