She was in the 5th grade at Jamie Howard Wilson Elementary School, a member of the world drumming team, and a soccer player.
Morgan was preceded in death by her father, William Todd Milligan. She is survived by her mom, Shelly Farmer, sister, Kellie Farmer, grandparents, Vera Milligan, Quincy, FL, Wesley and Virginia Bailey, and Wayne and Gayle Keen, both of Winter Haven, FL, aunts, Didi, Charlene, Rhonda, Vivian, Lois, Mary, April, and Anita, uncles, Terry, Wes, Adam, Kenneth, Joe, Gabe, Brett, and Rick.
A visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 pm with a funeral following on Friday at 1 pm. Both will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven, FL.
