Joanne P. Tucker, 88, passed away on June 17, 2017, in Winter Haven, FL. She was born in Princeton, IL, on November 30, 1928, and moved to this area from Arlington, VA, 38 years ago. Joanne was a Program Analyst in the Naval Systems Command Headquarters, Washington, DC. She was a member of St. John's Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the National Active & Retired Federal Employees Association.
Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Tucker, in 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Perry (Russell), a brother, Jack Kopp, three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held for the family at Ott-Laughlin in Winter Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2590 Havendale Blvd. NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881
