Mrs. Jeanne B. Vadenais, age 86, of Winter Haven died April 3, 2010 due to heart failure. She was born in Woonsocket, RI on May 2, 1923 the daughter of Wilfred Gelinas and Laurette Jarret.. She moved from Blackstone, MA to Winter Haven in 1986. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.. Mrs Vadenais was preceded in death by her brother Camille W. Gelinas. She is survived by her husband, of 65 years, Oscar A. Vadenais , daughter Vivian (Joseph) Belanger of Somerset, MA and Apollo Beach, FL, grandchildren Marc and Stephen Belanger, Michelle Van Meter, Amy Martel and Barry Costello, great grandchildren Brady, Colby, Reed and Maggy Belanger, Nathaniel and Abigail Van Meter.

Visitation is Tuesday from 6 till 8 pm at Ott-Lauglin Funeral Home, Winter Haven. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Wednesday at 11am. Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Richmond Hope Foundation, 4900 Dominion Blvd., Suite B, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
