WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Frances Nicholson Holloway, age 74, died of heart failure Thursday (May 9, 2013) in Winter Haven.
Born in Daytona Beach, FL, on June 7, 1938, she came to Winter Haven from Fort Pierce 42 years ago. She was a homemaker, and was affectionately known as "George". She attended Stetson University and Massey Business College.
Mrs. Holloway was preceded in death by husband Mark M. Holloway, Sr.; and her parents George Francis Nicholson and Osa Daniel Nicholson. She is survived by son Mark M. Holloway, Jr. (Vicky) of Lake Wales, FL, daughter Lisa H. Guerdet (Steve), Hosch-ton, GA.
She was Nana to grandchildren Austin Cody Howard, Hunter Alan Holloway, Dustin Kyle Howard, Sutherlin Gene Guerdet; great grandson Hunter Riley Holloway.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday, May 13, 2013 at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven.
Service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
