Dorrie Louise (Eubanks) Tackett, 59, of Polk City passed away June 11, 2017. She was born in Winter Haven, FL. She was the daughter of James and Clara Eubanks.
In 1989 she was married to Jay Charles Tackett and they have a daughter Victoria Mackenzie Tackett. Dorrie was employed as an optical sales consultant for over 30 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven. She is survived by a brother John and his wife Kim Eubanks of Spring Hill, FL. A half-brother Walter J and a half-sister Diane Eubanks. She leaves behind mother in law Barbara Tackett, sister in law Debbie Williams and brother in law and wife Joseph and Lisa Tackett. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Funeral and Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced in the near future.

Services will be held on Friday, October 20, at 11:30 at First Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven, Florida.
